Please join us on Tuesday October 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM (registration) until 4:00 PM at the McCarter Theatre Center in Princeton, NJ for our Fall 2025 meeting featuring learning, networking and conversation. The registration fee includes morning refreshments and lunch.
Please register by Friday 10/17 so we can confirm food and set-up for our meeting.

Plaster Preservation in Historic Theatres - Keep the plaster safe above your head! This session will focus on preserving and restoring plaster work in historic theatre as well as plaster safety. Experts including Evergreen Architectural Arts will contribute to the panel discussion. Developing Meaningful Partnerships on Campus Paula Abreu, Director Presented Programming at McCarter Theatre Center, and members of her team will discuss the challenges of presenting in an academic institution, working with different partners, and engaging students with the performing arts. ADA Part II - Betty Siegel, Director of Accessibility at The Kennedy Center will discuss the legal and ticketing issues related to accessibility for people with disabilities and older adults. Cheryl Yosh, Director of Ticketing Services, Mayo Performing Arts Center, will join the discussion. We'll also have lunch and conversation, an agent pitch session, and a venue tour.

Members: In an effort to increase participation and membership, current ConsERT members may add one guest to their registration form at no additional cost. Please use this promotion to encourage attendance for those with interest who have not attended meetings in the past.
Parking and Directions: Day-long parking will be via metered parking along University Place and Alexander Street, or in the Princeton Station (“Dinky”) lot.
